The platform connects permissions, applications and operations. A change should reach every place that depends on it.
Groups & administration
Templates make it easier to create accounts. Groups link team folders, shared mailboxes and approved apps. When a name changes, the account identity is retained.
Email & archive
Dedicated mail server with multiple domains, calendars and contacts. The archive complements search; retention and permissions are set up to meet your requirements.
Files & collaboration
Nextcloud, EuroOffice in the browser and Talk bring together documents, spreadsheets, presentations, chat, and audio and video calls. Team folders and full-text search keep information accessible.
Desktop & devices
Desk Apps bring suitable Windows and Linux applications into the browser. RMM adds remote support, software distribution and maintenance on Windows, macOS and Linux.
Services & updates
Each service runs in its own VM. App updates and system patches are triggered selectively and logged. Snapshots, backups and monitoring are part of the operating concept.

The platform is running as a demo environment. In a joint pilot, we test your applications, data migration and operating model. The scope of services, hardware approvals and the quote are then based on these requirements.
