On every device.
Nursing smartphones, bedside terminals and reception terminals are managed in the same system. For the Televic partner project, the device fleet is tailored to roles, sites and workflows.
Only the intended apps.
A kiosk profile provides, for example, the AQURA app, the softphone and the OS Panel application. Approved apps and device settings are defined centrally.
The person takes over the device.
Shared-device login with badge and PIN supports changing teams. The assignment follows the logged-in person; device pools and charging stations are part of deployment planning.
Controlled updates.
Updates can be rolled out on a test ward first and then across the hospital. Remote support helps with diagnostics, configuration and restarts; access follows the agreed roles.
