On any device.
Care smartphones, bedside terminals and reception terminals belong to the same administration. For the Televic partner project, the device fleet is tailored to roles, locations and processes.
Only the intended apps.
For example, a kiosk profile provides AQURA app, softphone and OS panel application. Shared apps and device settings are set centrally.
The person takes over the device.
Shared device login with badge and PIN supports changing teams. The assignment follows the registered person; Device pools and charging stations are part of the operational planning.
Update controlled.
Updates can first be rolled out on a test station and then in-house. Remote support assists with diagnosis, configuration and reboot; Access depends on the agreed roles.
