With the AQURA integration via OS Board, a selection on the panel becomes a process for the responsible team. OS Panel can also be used independently of AQURA.
Nursing, hospitality or technical services.
Qualified requests, drink and meal orders and technical faults are sent to the right groups. The panel shows when a request is accepted and completed; the whiteboard shows the open task.
Reach relatives by video.
The panel sends an invitation link to the stored email address or phone number. Relatives open the link and enter a PIN; the conversation runs via the panel's camera and audio.
Personal right up to checkout.
Appointments and room information come via OS Board. Services can be offered according to room and insurance class, and orders can be collected on the patient account for checkout.
TV that fits your facility.
TV uses a signal from the in-house network, for example via a DVB-T2 headend or IPTV. Providers, content and film rights for video on demand are agreed for each country.
