OS Facility accounts are not created in the app; they are created and managed in OSF by your organisation (employer). Your organisation is responsible for the data.
1. On the device
- Tap the person icon at the top right › "Sign out" at the top right of the app – the session key is deleted from the device.
- Optionally uninstall the app – this also removes the stored server address and all app data from the device.
2. Request account deletion
- With your organisation: contact the OSF administration (e.g. head of technical services/facility management) or the data protection office. They can deactivate or delete your account and badges in OSF.
- With Neutronix: e-mail info@neutronix.ch, subject "Deletion request OS Facility", with your name, username and the name of your organisation. We forward the request to your organisation and – where Neutronix runs the instance on its behalf – carry it out after its approval.
3. What is deleted – and what is not
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Session and server address on the device | deleted with "Sign out" or uninstalling |
| User account, badges, PIN, profile | deleted or deactivated on request |
| Reports, order, time and inspection records, logs | may be kept for operational or legal reasons (e.g. maintenance and inspection records); your organisation sets the period, after which they are deleted or anonymised |
